I’ve never been an enthusiastic milk-of-any-sort drinker but this stuff is just delicious! After trying the plethora of dairy milk alternatives out there including soy, almond, rice, chocolate, muscle, hemp, etc.. I thought I’d never find one that I could drink constantly, until now.

Whether you’re lactose intolerant, vegan, or just hate the way other milk tastes … V Fit Brown Rice Milk is the answer. Not only is it packed with fiber (11 grams!), it’s chock full of good for you vitamins A, B1, B2, E and Calcium. Drink it by itself or add it to your coffee, tea, smoothies or cereal. You can even use it in your baking recipes. The No Sugar Added variety has a naturally sweet taste, and of course there’s the Sugar Added variety that would be a great addition to your coffee.

Now the exciting part! V Fit is made from GABA Germinated Brown Rice. Have you ever heard of GABA? Well neither did I till very recently. GABA stands for gamma Aminobutyric acid, an amino acid which helps support the functions of the nervous system. Germinated (sprouted) brown rice is a super food that contains high levels of GABA!

THAI STYLE GARDEN SUMMER ROLLS

The best thing about working at a Thai food company is of course, the FOOD! Twice a day VFC employees are treated to delicious homemade Thai cookin’ right here in the warehouse. Last week the office chefs made Thai Style Garden Spring Rolls (Lui Suan) for second lunch. The filling consisted of minced chicken, dried mushrooms, minced carrot, oyster sauce and mushroom soy sauce - all sauteed together until dry. The filling was wrapped in super thin rice paper (first immersed in warm water) along with mint leaves, basil and green leaf lettuce. Oh so yummmyyyy…

Since summer has officially started, what better way to celebrate than with delicious new scents from our favorite Thai brand of soap, Parrot Botanicals. Parrot soap has released 5 new varieties for our enjoyment. Whether you use it for hand or body washing, there’s no doubt that you’ll smell fresh & clean and feel rejuvenated. My favorites are the yellow Jasmine and the purple Frangipani (aka Plumeria) soaps. The blue Scented Wood is definitely for all the males out there who enjoy a crisp, cool scent.

We’re excited to announce the arrival of our newest product, the retail version of Thai Iced Tea!! For all of you Thai Iced Tea lovers out there, we know you’ve been asking how the restaurants brew it. Previously the tea was only available in bulk form, but we’ve repackaged it for convenience and included clear directions. Although its not instant or ready made, tea is always most delicious when freshly brewed. We’ve packaged the tea for individual servings (tea bags) and for multiple servings (pitcher). The pitcher size includes loose tea and a fabric filter which is how vendors traditionally brew it in Thailand.
