The best thing about working at a Thai food company is of course, the FOOD! Twice a day VFC employees are treated to delicious homemade Thai cookin’ right here in the warehouse. Last week the office chefs made Thai Style Garden Spring Rolls (Lui Suan) for second lunch. The filling consisted of minced chicken, dried mushrooms, minced carrot, oyster sauce and mushroom soy sauce – all sauteed together until dry. The filling was wrapped in super thin rice paper (first immersed in warm water) along with mint leaves, basil and green leaf lettuce. Oh so yummmyyyy…
